With diversity comes a wide range of thinking, creativity, intelligence, and knowledge. Essentially, the article states that racial, ethnic and cultural diversity often, if not always, lead to a diverse variety of experiences, thought processes, and understandings/knowledges of the world. Therefore, it makes sense that diversity within a group allows for a wider collective range of thoughts, experiences and ideas and therefore a larger collective capacity for creativity, innovation, empathy, and intelligence.
